Decimal places

To have 2 decimal places displayed in numbers: 1. Select the column or row where the numbers should be displayed this way. 2. Click Home Ribbon->Number Gallery. 3. Click the Small arrow at bottom right of the gallery. 4. Format Cells dialog box pops up. 5. Number Tab 6. Category Number (second in list). 5. Decimal Places box = 2.

To widen cells to accomodate the longest entry in a column: Select the column and then double-click the line between that column and the next one to the right (like column B and C).
